“We all know what a goal is, but vision is a topic of confusion for many.” This is what the founder of Success University, Matt Morris, wrote in a recent newsletter. Knowing how to achieve goals is a question of how well you can see them.

Morris goes on to say: “your vision is how you see yourself. You can set goals all day long, but if you cannot truly see yourself achieving them, your goals will never be realized. To accomplish a goal, you must truly expect to achieve it.”

It is not enough just to set goals. We must SEE them, feel them, taste them and truly believe they are possible, right here, right now.

It’s an enjoyable exercise you can do every day: See yourself living in the house, driving the car, sailing the yacht, achieving success… whatever it is that you want in your life. Do this in the morning and you’ll be motivated for the rest of the day!

For anyone who has joined Success University, or is thinking of joining, this is a really important message. If you want to know how to earn money with Success University, you must first take on board the way this program works. Believe me, I just enrolled two people within one week because of this basic concept.

I know several people who complain that they have not been able to enrol people in Success University, and are thinking of giving up because they are paying the monthly fee for nothing…

NOTHING??? Just wait a minute…

If you have mistakenly thought that Success University is just another mlm; just another way of making money online - then PLEASE THINK AGAIN! Selling SU in this way just does not work. Furthermore, if you believe that it doesn’t work for you - how on earth are you going to sell it to anyone else??

Success University is a whole package. The monthly fee pays for the best personal development training you will ever find for such a small amount of money. Ignoring this training is missing the point - and missing the boat. When you learn (and there are plenty of courses to suit your requirements, whatever they are) with Success University, you will become as enthusiastic as I am. You will WANT to sell this to other people, not just because they will make money from it, but because you want them to get the training you are getting. Furthermore, the motivational CDs and DVDs will inspire you and train you to become successful with the business opportunity.

This is the way SU works! You need to get involved with the product, otherwise you will struggle to sell it as a business opportunity. And, the point is, getting involved with the product is not a chore - it’s an absolute joy!

We use this word so often, but what do we really mean by it?  Most of us want success, but which terms are we using, and are they ours?  Before we can be successful in any project, surely we have to define success on our own terms so that we know what we’re actually aiming for?

To many people success is about money, but this is not true for everyone.  For some it’s about personal growth, or some sort of achievement.

Once we know what we personally mean by success, only then can we truly hope to achieve it - and if we want to, we can achieve it every day.

So, What is Success University?

Success University is both a personal development site and a business opportunity. When you join Success University you get immediate access to an enormous library of personal development training courses. You also have an opportunity to make a potentially large income by referring other people to the program.

What Kind of Personal Development Training Courses are there?

The courses available in the member center are constantly updated and enhanced and new courses are added on a regular basis. How can I make money with Success University?

You can start earning commission in your first month if you personally refer at least two other members. The commissions come from a combination of your personal referrals and the referrals of those above you and below you.

The commission plan is difficult to explain in the space I have here, but works out at about $30 for every six people in your organisation (from your upline and downline) plus various bonuses.

There is lots of support available, including a FAQs section and training calls which explain the commission structure in more detail.

How do You Get Paid? Members in the USA, Canada or Mexico will receive a check by mail. International affiliates like myself receive a cash card which can be used in cash machines round the world. Commissions are paid both weekly and monthly.

How Much Does it Cost to Join Success University?

There are also regular training and marketing calls, a weekly faculty call, a support helpdesk and lots of marketing materials such as banners and email ads. If you are wondering whether or not to join Success University, I would like to offer you my honest opinion.

I have been with Success University for four months, and I think that, like any other online business, it has its advantages and disadvantages. It all depends on what your priorities are and what you want to get out of it.

Advantages

In my opinion, Success University offers a great product. Whether you are interested in the money-making opportunity or not, it is well worth paying the monthly fee for the service it provides. If you are serious about wanting to change your life, build wealth and success, improve your health, your relationships or your business, then I would seriously recommend this program. I don’t know where else you can get access to the world’s top personal development speakers and trainers for such a small amount of money. Personally, I find much of the material extremely motivating and useful.

The business opportunity also has the potential to be huge. I believe that it is possible to make more money with Success University than any other program, if you are prepared to work at it.

Disadvantages

Much of the training you are given will suggest offline promotion. For many people this is difficult, and I, for one, prefer to do my marketing of Success University online. I think this does make it a little harder to get started.

I have also found their compensation plan to be very difficult to understand. I know it works (my sponsor is on a high level in SU and makes a big income with it), but it takes a while to get the hang of it. It can also take a long time before you start making commissions, unless you start recruiting people immediately.

If you are promoting the business opportunity only, I think the monthly fees put a lot of people off. However, I really think that promoting the product itself will see more results.

Summary

I heartily believe that Success University is a great program. However, if you are going to join Success University, I would recommend the following:

• You use the free trial offer first
• You USE the product - do the online training, listen to the CDs, watch the DVDs. Only this way will you be able to explain it to others, and show your enthusiasm.
• Be prepared to work at it
• Make regular contact with your sponsor
• If you are going to promote Success University online, make sure you learn about internet marketing (see my link below for information and resources)

If you are interested in personal development AND in making money, I think this is the best program for you.

The only reason I would tell anyone NOT to join this program is if they are interested solely in the money-making program, and not the training product. I believe it’s more difficult to sell something you are not using yourself.
