Nice post!

In an interview with Jerry Clark, T. C. Cummings described the difference between "reacting" to problems and anxieties and "responding" to them. (The former is negative, the latter positive.) Your post shows us a good way to respond to the negative thoughts that cross our minds from time to time.

If you find it difficult "doing it yourself", listen to a motivational speaker on your CD/DVD/MP3 player.
